Ambex 30Kg Coffee Roaster for sale
Model YM30
Year of manufacture: 2008 (1 owner since new)
The owners have purchased a new replacement roaster, so this is now surplus to requirements.
It comes complete with Cyclone and connecting pipe-work, Stainless Steel Flue and DCQ Roast Profiling software.
It has two temperature probes fitted for Exhaust Air and Bean Temperatures connected to the standard DCQ Roast profiling software included.
It is set-up to run on LPG Propane gas and requires 3-Phase electrical connection.
Dimensions: 76" x 48" x 48" (193cm x 121.92cm x 121.92cm)
Roasting production was ceased 4 years ago on this roaster, but is is still connected to power and gas, so it can be seen running if required.
It has been very well maintained and serviced by in-house engineers and so is in very good working condition and available immediately for sale.
