OPEM CR100 Single-Serve Capsule production line for sale

Set-up to produce Lavazza Espresso Point Capsules (Plastic) with filter paper
Output: 100 capsules/min
This is a single lane capsule filling and sealing machine with integrated Colibri packing machine set-up to pack single capsules into a form fill and seal pillow- pack bag. It can also pack two capsules into each bag if required.
It comes complete with the following:
Bulk Blank Capsule Hopper which feeds into the Capsule Sorter
Capsule Sorter/Centrifugal Feeder correctly orientates the capsules which are then fed into the main OPEM machine.
They are then conveyed through the machine, filled with ground coffee, tampered and sealed.
The capsules are then conveyed into the integrated FFS Colibri packing section where they are individually packed into small pillowpack style bags.
CFM Vacuum included to clean any surplus coffee grounds from the capsule prior to sealing.
Above the OPEM sits the coffee dosing unit on the gantry.
Gantry with steps for access is NOT included.

It requires 3 Phase electrical connection and comes with stand alone touchscreen control tower.
It has a built-in Cyclone in the foot of the roaster underneath the cooling tray with good access for cleaning out the chaff.
It also comes with an Electrostatic Filter.
It has been well maintained and is in good operating condition.
Great value 15Kg roaster.

Manufactured in 1995.
Comes complete with Green bean loader and Cyclone.
It runs on Propane Gas with indirect heat, via a Hot air chamber beneath the drum..
The Hot Air is transferred into the drum creating an even roast at approx. 3.5 roasts per hour.
It's ideal for Espresso Coffee.

It was then professionally shipped over to the UK and was running again very successfully in a Speciality Coffee Roastery in London until 2016, when it was replaced with a larger capacity roaster.
First photo shows it when it was previously installed in London in 2016/17 and the rest of it now in storage.
It is now in storage in the UK awaiting sale.

With this manual filling system, you can conveniently fill, for example, nine x 500 gram bags with freshly roasted products in just one minute, precisely, quickly and reliably
Filling is now easier and quicker.
Once set, you can fill e.g. coffee to the nearest six grams with each pull.
This means you can easily fill up to nine bags per minute
Filling funnel: 60 dm³ capacity
Tolerance: +/- 6 grams (coffee) for 1 kg bags
+/- 4 grams (coffee) for 500 g bags

To operate the pneumatically operated system, 6 bar of compressed air is required and additional 3-Phase current (400V-50Hz.) is required for the Vibro-Füllfix.
