It was originally purchased by the previous owners in 1995 where it ran very successfully in New Zealand until 2010. It was then professionally shipped over to the UK and was running again very successfully in a Speciality Coffee Roastery in London until 2016, when it was replaced with a larger capacity roaster.

First photo shows it when it was previously installed in London in 2016/17 and the rest of it now in storage.

It is now in storage in the UK awaiting sale.

Requires 3-Phase electrical connection.

Has been upgraded to run on Artisan roast profiling software with two Temperature probes for drum and bean temperatures.

Ability to adjust the airflow in 4 places on the roaster to control/adjust the roast.
