It has just been completely refurbished by a firm in Germany to a very high standard and is now available for sale.

It comes complete with a Probat Cyclone and a Probat Destoner.

It is set-up to run on LPG Propane Gas and requires three phase eletrcical connection.

It has been brought back to its original set-up and is in perfect working order, ready immediately for sale.

1 x T120 Roaster running on Natural Gas

1 x set of whole roasted bean silos with 12.5Tonne capacity

1 x 1Tonne silos for roasted whole beans for feeding into a Blending Drum/Mixer

2 x 1Tonne ground coffee silos

1 x Blending Drum

 

1 x Semi-Automatic packing machine for packing into preformed bags.

Control panels and electrical cabinets included.

This 30Kg roasting line comes complete with the following:

1 x Cyclone for Chaff collection

1 x Cyclone for dust recovery mounted on line ejection air cooling tank

6 x Silos for roasted coffee

1 x Nilfisk Vacuum green bean loading system.

Heat Source: Baltur Burner on Natural Gas

Power: 3 Phase electrical connection required.

It is designed with a single heat source by way of an an external Combustion Chamber, that recirculates the hot air through the drum, and then out through the cyclone and clean air from the cyclone is circulated back into the combustion chamber, therebye creating energy savings of approx 20-25% compared to standard drum coffee roasters.

A small quantity of this hot air is released to allow clean air back into the circulation.

This will do back to back roasting with an average of 4 roasts per hour.
