Comunetti CRS29 Automatic bagging line using preformed bags

This has been running successfully at a coffee roastery packing 1Kg whole bean bags of coffee into preformed bags with an automatic weighing/dosing system built by Comunetti Model CPA11.

The loading system that loads the beans into the weigher is NOT included in the sale.

The weighing system with load-cells and vibrating channel is included.

Machine Description:

Automatic machine for the packaging of freeflowing granular products and powdered products, foodstuff and non foodstuff.

It starts with pre-made bags with or without valve in two or three layer laminates (polyester, aluminium, polyethylene). For packagings in atmosphere or, upon request, with injection of inert gas.

Machine functions programmed are controlled by PLC with TOUCH-ON screen.

Weighing system with load-cells and vibrating channel.

The welding elements guarantee a perfect and uniform seal, with hot printing up to 16 characters.

Maximum weight: 3 Kg.
Change format: 5 min.

Includes Fully Automatic Cartoning Unit or with Overwrapping facility ( 10 Tea bags together) which is very rare on these machines.

The machine can be set-up either with the auto cartoning unit or without this cartoning and have the overwrapper option instead for 10 tea bags. It's not possible to have the machine set-up with both simultaneously.

Currently set-up to produce 45mm x 60mm tea bags

Output: 150TBPM

Option to change size to 40mm x 60mm if preferred.

IMA C55 Tea Bagging machine for sale

This C55 produces a single chamber string and tag tea bag during operation of the machine without envelope.

It is a knotting machine - Staple free.

Tea Bag size: 57mm x 70mm

Tag size: 27mm x 27mm (Square)

In counts of 20 and 25.

Tea is gravity fed.

Carton sizes/options:

1.) 140 x 62 x 62(h) mm: for 1 x row of 25 Tea bags

2.) 140 x 121 x 62(h) mm: for 2 x rows of 25 Tea bags = Total 50 Tea bags

3.) 120 x 62 x 67(h) mm: 1 x row of 20 Tea bags

4.) 120 x 121 x 67(h) mm: 2 x rows of 20 tea bags - Total 40 Tea bags.

The cartons are filled on the C55 and conveyed onto the carton glueing machine - which is included with the line.

The finished cartons are then packed into outer boxes and run through a case sealer, also included with the line.

Currently set-up for packing herbal tea and fruit tea.

Speed:
450/min with black tea bulk density of 370gm/litre.
400/min max on herbal/fruit teas.

Good working condition, well maintained with preventive maintenance.
