Reicat 450 Catalytic Afterburner for sale in London, UK
Year 2021 - installed new in 2022.
The ReiCat 450 is a versatile system that can be integrated into any roasting system, regardless of the brand. It operates electrically and uses a catalyst to convert smoke plumes and odours into clean and odourless air. This product is perfect for drum roasters with an exhaust air volume of up to approximately 450 Nm³/h and up to approximately 30 kg/batch.
Key features of the ReiCat 450 include:
- Catalyst chamber dimensions: 400 x 890 x 1035 mm
- Prefilter: Filters coffee chaffs out of the air which the cyclone does not capture
- Mounting: Frame and wall bracket options available for flexible mounting

Trabattoni Titan Coffee Grinder
In good working condition.
Currently in Europe but will be moved to UK next month.
This is a very robust reliable coffee grinder with various grind settings from Coarse to Fine grind.
It requires little or no maintenance and will grind upto nearly 200Kgs per hour if required from it.
It does not require water cooling due to the size of the burrs, which means they grind slowly generating lower heat in the process.

This has been runing very successfully at a large coffee roastery in the UK since it was purchased new in 2006.
It runs on single phase electrical power 230V - 50Hz, 10Amps, 3.4kW
Comes complete with Cyclone for chaff collection and some ducting.
It has been checked and tested and all running well.
There are also a set of Brass Probat Green Bean sieves for particle sizes 800Mu, 500Mu, 315Mu, 125Mu
Plus a couple of colour gauges and an Intec F6 Moisture Anlyser - (Not tested).
