This is a standard Probat L12 Roaster – without Air Cleaning for exhaust gas.
Fitted with Standard Probat electrics/wiring.
Roasting machine equipped with:
* feeding hopper;
* cylindrical roasting cylinder with insulated cylinder housing;
* fan for the suction of the roasting vapours and the chaff liberated during roasting as well as for the cooling of the roasted product;
* motor bracket and drive elements for the roasting cylinder, fan and cooler stirrers;
* pressure monitor for the roaster fan;
* to control the roasting process there are sight glasses, thermometer and sampler;
* chaff centriclone separator, built into the foot of the roaster, to separate and collect the chaff liberated during roasting;
* centralized match point for the supply of propane gas;
* cooler tray – 900 mm dia – with manually operated outlet and automatically operating stirring device.
