This Tea Bagger is designed for producing both standard single chamber and Pyramid style tea bags.
It also applies the string and tag to a standard roll nylon (polyester) mesh or non-woven paper, creating a significant saving on expensive pre string and tagged materials.
Possibility to produce up to 75 million tea bags per year, based on 3 shifts per day, 300 days per year.
The Twinkle is fitted with many sensors for detecting defects for example in the joins between the filter and tag and will automatically reject any faulty tea bags by small blast of air, thereby minimising any downtime in production.
It can handle many types of Tea to include herbal, fruit and leaf teas with the use of its electric weigher mounted on the machine with high weight accuracy.
Set-up with Counts: 20/25/50 tea bags, then drops through tube into carton
Carton must be manually fed into position.
