Complete Bottling Line - SOLD
Mixing/Filling Line for water/flavoured, juice, smoothy, etc. in PET bottles with Ø38 opening.
Year of manufacture 2007/2008.
The mixing system consists of:
• 1 x Weighing and Pumping unit for concentrate (dumped from pallet tanks).
Incl. CIP.
• 1 x 6000 litres Mixing tank for mixing of concentrate and water.
Incl. CIP.
• 1 x Water filter unit make DANMIL, incl. a UV treatment unit
• 1 x Plate heat exchanger pasteurizer heated by means of steam and cooled by means of glycol.
Incl. CIP.
• 2 x 6000 litres Holding tanks with cooling jacket and insulation. Cooling by means of glycol.
Incl. CIP.
• 1 x Cooling system consisting of an ammonia cooling plant and a heat exchanger for cooling of glycol
The filling line consisting of:
• 1 x Elevator for empty PET bottles
• 1 x Bottle Unscrambler make FAVA ARTEMIO, type P 1260
• 1 x Slatted belt conveyor with vacuum for keeping bottles in vertical position
• 1 x Bottle washing machine make SiEM, type SCA 24.
The bottles are turned upside down and rinsed with ozon water. After rinsing the bottles are UV treated before they go on to the filling machine
• 1 x Ozon generator make WATER SYSTEMS.
• 1 x Filling Machine make SiEM, type LOGYKA OMEGA 10 MAS with 2 lanes each with 10 filling heads. With top or bottom filling. Incl. UV before the bottles enter the machine.

• 1 x Capping Machine make CAP 823 PP with 4 capping heads. Incl. cap elevator and feeder with ozon water and UV treatment.
• 1 x Labelling Machine make ALTECH for self-adhesive labels. Incl. ink jet printer make MARKEM IMAJE.

• 1 x roller lane for manual packing of cases on pallets

Capacity 6000 bottles/hour of up to 1-litre bottles.
Cannot run soda water (no gas adding possibility).
