Füllfix Volumetric Doser

You can easily set the Füllfix to a different filling quantity in minutes without any complicated programming.

This is an inexpensive alternative to the filling scale.
With the practical volume dispenser "Füllfix" from Kornkraft, filling becomes child's play:
With this manual filling system, you can conveniently fill, for example, nine x 500 gram bags with freshly roasted products in just one minute, precisely, quickly and reliably
Filling is now easier and quicker.
Once set, you can fill e.g. coffee to the nearest six grams with each pull.
This means you can easily fill up to nine bags per minute
Filling funnel: 60 dm³ capacity
Tolerance: +/- 6 grams (coffee) for 1 kg bags
+/- 4 grams (coffee) for 500 g bags
Output: 9 x 1 kg coffee per minute
Viewing window: Shockproof real glass, 4mm

The Füllfix works volumetrically (on a volume basis).
You therefore also need a calibrated scale to set and check the filling quantity.
Simple manual machine for dosing coffee beans or other similar free flowing products.
To operate the pneumatically operated system, 6 bar of compressed air is required and additional 3-Phase current (400V-50Hz.) is required for the Vibro-Füllfix.
It comes with a Foot Pedal switch for dosing out the coffee once the bag is in position below the funnel.

This is a 60Kg per batch drum roaster, very similar in design to a Probat roaster.
It has been partially refurbished, having been completely stripped down, shot blasted and painted with a base coat.
It is ready immediately for sale with a view to being refurbished completely to customer requirements.
All original component parts available with the roaster.
A new motor has been supplied, but the original is also included that can run on either single phase or 3-phase.
We can organise to complete the refurbishment in the UK if required.
