This has been running successfully for the last 40plus years with the current owner.

It has stopped production 12 months ago due to Covid.

It is a classic G- Series model with double walled drum and a nice lever to open and close the front discharge door.

It is set-up to run on LPG Propane gas and requires 3-Phase electrical connection.

We are advsied it does require some attention to the wiring and the gas pressure may need resetting.

It could be easily upgraded with temperature probes and USB Bridge to connect to either Cropster or Artisan roast profiling software through an iPad/ iPhone/Tablet/PC/Laptop, if required.

This is a single lane capsule filling and sealing machine with integrated Colibri packing machine set-up to pack single capsules into a form fill and seal pillow- pack bag. It can also pack two capsules into each bag if required.

It comes complete with the following:

Bulk Blank Capsule Hopper which feeds into the Capsule Sorter

Capsule Sorter/Centrifugal Feeder correctly orientates the capsules which are then fed into the main OPEM machine.

They are then conveyed through the machine, filled with ground coffee, tampered and sealed.

The capsules are then conveyed into the integrated FFS Colibri packing section where they are individually packed into small pillowpack style bags.

CFM Vacuum included to clean any surplus coffee grounds from the capsule prior to sealing.

Above the OPEM sits the coffee dosing unit on the gantry.

Gantry with steps for access is NOT included.
