It has been very successfully roasting in the UK for the last 25 Years, but is now being upgraded with a new larger roaster.

The Lilla OPUS is designed with a built-in afterburner using a single burner which recirculates the hot air through the drum with no need for an additional afterburner system, making this a very efficient roaster to run.

It is an automatic convection roaster.
