It is fully automated with a HDMI touchscreen controls.

It has built in Cyclone for chaff collection and also has built in Air purifier for cleaning odours.

It has an electric heat source, so it requires no gas.

It requires only Single-Phase electrical connection 220V -50Hz

Comes complete with 2 x Capsule Sorters (One for spare parts) to feed the capsules into this machine for filling and sealing.

This is OPEM's current 16 lane model still being manufactured in Italy.

It is very robust with a powerful motor and camshaft fitted to the lower part of the machine.

It features an unstretchable chain designed by OPEM.

It is currently set-up to produce plastic Nespresso Compatible capsules.

It can be converetd to run on Aluminium Capsules and OPEM have quoted in the region of 600,000Euros to convert this line.

The NEW price for this model is approx 3.5Million Euros.

This machine has been thoroughly cleaned and serviced and made ready for production over the last few months in 2021.
