Vintage Vittoria 15Kg Roasting line for sale
Built Circa 1950’s
With Cyclone.
Fitted with solid cast iron drum.
Set-up to run on LPG Propane gas
Requires 3-Phase electrical connection.
Has been upgraded to run on Artisan roast profiling software with two Temperature probes for drum and bean temperatures.
Ability to adjust the airflow in 4 places on the roaster to control/adjust the roast.
Currently still in production in the UK
In very good running condition and available immediately.
