Set-up to run on Mains Natural Town Gas.
Electrical Requirements: Single Phase 16Amp.
It is fitted with a Blue two prong socket.
It is also fitted with Temperature Probes for Bean mass and Exhaust Temperature with reader, but not currently connected to Roast Profiling Software. These could be conected to software via interface bridge.
Also fitted with improved gas controller for better accuracy.
