We are pleased to offer for sale this classic Black & Gold Probat 5Kg capacity coffee roaster.
Features:
It has built-in cyclone in the foot of the roaster.
Double walled cast iron drum
Cast Iron front and rear face plates
Direct heat gas burners under drum.
Set-up to run on LPG Propane Gas.
Requires 3 Phase electrical connection – 50Hz
It can easily be upgraded with Temperature Probes to run on Artisan or Cropster roast profiling software, as preferred.
