The SCIROCCO is specifically designed for high speed M.A.P. (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) of cheeses, breads, fresh pasta, sausages and salami, meats and other products.

It currently comes with 4 crimper’s per shaft to achieve the higher speeds of 400/min.
Two of these could be removed to reduce the output speed if preferred
