Mill City Roasters 3Kg Gas coffee roaster – SOLD
Year of manufacture 2020, installed new in April 2021
We are very pleased to offer for sale this 3Kg Mill City Roaster.
It has been roasting very successfully for a World Cup Taster Champion.
It has been set-up to run on Cropster for roast profiling with three temperature probes for AT, BT and ET and is currently roasting in approx. 8mins 40secs to 10min roasts depending on variety of green bean roasted.
It has a powerful burner with high airflow if required with adjustable fan speed and drum speed.
It is fitted with a double walled drum.
The burner output and airflow controls are the same as the larger 6kg Mill City Roaster, so it can produce fast roasting times with very good clean bean development without tipping, scorching or baking the beans.
It has a standalone external cyclone for chaff collection.
It will be sold with additional spare temperature probes and a double walled exhaust ducting as shown in the photos and video.
The overall roaster is in excellent working conditon and available immediately for sale.
The sale price includes dismantling and securing it all to pallets ready for loading to buyers’ transport.
