This roaster was purchased new in 2011 and used for approx 4-5 years.
The owners then upgraded to a new 3G Series Lilla roaster and kept the SMART 500 serviced and connected as a back up roaster.
2 years go it was moved into their new factory site and has been stored in situ since. The burner was refurbished prior to it being moved to its current location 2 years ago.
It has been very well looked after and is in very good condition.
