The intended use of this machine is to detect foreign objects in packed and unpacked products which are transported through the machine on the conveyor using x-ray and image processing technologies.
The eXaminer XB rejects faulty products automatically or emits a rejection signal when detecting faulty products.
For the purpose of inspection the products (units) to be inspected are transported on the conveyor system along different measuring systems depending on the euipment. The measuring systems are attached to the standard device which controls the measuring systsems electrically and processes their measured values.
An evaluation result is produced for each unit.
It has been running in line inspecting bars of chocolate in conjunction with Machine ID: 1895 – PFM Pearl Flowrapper (selling seperately).
Comes complete with Reflexx Image Processing system.
