This is currently located in Southern France where it was being roasted on daily providing speciality grade roasted coffees to the owner’s several coffee shops.
It comes complete with an external Cyclone for chaff collection.
Fitted with Atmospheric Gas Burner (Low Nox).
Fitted with 4 Direct Drive Motors for Drum, Cooling Tray arms, Roaster fan and Cooling Fan for quiet running and low maintenance.
Adjustable air flow either automatically or manually.
It can roast and cool simultaneously, thereby creating potential output of 12Kg per hour.

The roaster runs with Artisan Roast profiling software in conjunction with Joper’s Brigus software.
The roaster can be run in manual automatic mode, where the burner follows a roast profile preset but under the manual automatic mode, it can be over ridden manually if and when required.
This roaster has been very well maintained by the current owner and is in very good operational condition.
