Separate chaff cyclone to allow the roaster to roast and cool at the same time. The chaff is collected in a bin positioned underneath the cyclone, instead of inside the cyclone, which reduces the risk of fires and makes it much easier to empty and clean.
Original Burners have been replaced with a High efficiency Honeywell burner.
New motor to operate drum and cooling tray.
OPTIONAL: Schuilenburg can add an ABB Frequency drive to control the drumspeed if required. (Please Note:- This is not included.)
Machine is operated by Unitronics V350 computer. Operating software is designed by Schuilenburg and includes fully adaptable burner and airflow settings as well as possibilities to set roasting recipes.
Unitronics computer includes wifi connection and LAN-port to connect to network.
Fully connectable to Cropster.
Roaster is in excellent running condition and probably one of a kind with the UG12 build badge from Schuilenburg.
