It is set-up to run on Propane gas and requires 3Phase electrical connection.
It has a double walled cast iron drum with the chaff collector in the foot of the roaster underneath the cooling tray.
They have a twin bank of burners with good turn down ratio.
It is a manual roaster that will roast approx. 3-4 roasts per hour at 10-12Kilo green bean capacity per batch.
