Line 4 Comprising:
Infeed conveyors for hand filling produce into punnets/trays
to P A Vision 3080 – 4 Head Tray Sealer – Year 2002 with Smartdate 3 Printer fitted.
This runs at speeds of 15Cylces per minute so will seal 60 trays per minute.
Product leaves the tray sealer onto a checkweigher supplied by PCL Machinery and conveys the trays through 2 x Herbert Labellers onto Lazy Sue colating rotary table approx 1500mm diameter.
Line 3 comprises:
Infeed roller conveyor to Inclined flighted conveyor feeding into
FB Sistems (Italian) 10 Head Linear weigher – Model 10PCV-C with synchronised Automatic Denester.

Ideal for small roundish fresh produce.
The denester automatically supplies the tray/punnet to the weigher for loading the target weight of product, which is then fed onward into tray sealer. Tray sealer on this line has been sold separately, but this could be used in conjunction with the PA Vision 3080 line under Line 3.
This also has conveyor infeed to Willet print and apply labeller and Lazy Sue Rotary table approx 1500mm diameter.
Both lines are available and in situ until December 2014, when they must be moved out of the building.
The equipment is all in very good condition with power supply maintained to it to prevent any memory loss on the machinery.
The lines are ideal for packing Plum Tomatoes, Strawberries, Cherries, Rasberries and many other types of similar fresh produce for packing into punnets/trays.
