and snacks.
Fryer completely rebuilt in 2010. All new electrics and motor.
Fryer has air flow based low oil cut out system
Stainless steel lid that can be seen being used as a canopy
actually fits on top of the fryer and has been custom built
with 2 outlets for extraction
