Vintage Probat UG22 Coffee Roaster for sale
Originally built in the 1960’s, this roaster was completely refurbished in 2021 by Konnik in Germany and has since been roasting at a speciality roasters in the UK.
It is set-up to run on Natural Gas and requires 3 Phase electrical connection.
It comes complete with a Green bean loader, Cyclone for chaff collection and a Destoner.
It is fitted with a cast iron double walled drum and can roast and cool simultaneously.
It should roast approx. 3.5 roasts per hour once it’s warmed up.
It has been well maintained by the current owners with bearings greased regularly with Rivolta FLG GT-2.
It is fitted with 2 x 3mm Temperature Probes, one in the exhaust and the second in the front faceplate for bean temperature.
It can run with either Artisan on Cropster roast profiling software.
It has also recently been fitted with new food grade stirrers in the cooling tray.
There have been no fires in the drum or cyclone, so all in very good working condition and available immediately.
The roaster generally appears to be in good condition with no issues.
